These quiet 30-m2 studios are just a few steps away from the Seine River. This exceptional location in the heart of the Quartier Latin is obviously one of the most renowned areas of Paris containing many historical points of interest. Famous educational institutes are located in this area, one of them is La Sorbonne. The Apartments are as well just a few steps away from Saint Germain des Pres and the famous Jardins du Luxembourg. The studios are situated on the sixth floor of a post war building with elevator. A security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. The 23-m2 main room is located on the 2nd floor and has two French windows opening onto a balcony with a view on the facing building.
